Dream Big offers tuition-based and/or school-funded enrichment programs for students in PreK -12th grades. We are currently in over 30 schools throughout the Chicagoland area and Western Suburbs. Stories and Showtunes
Love stories, singing and dancing? In this class, stories and songs inspire creativity, dramatic play and, of course, DANCE! In addition to fun drama games, students will explore the joy of musical theater classics and storybook favorites. We will read and act out stories with minimal props and unlimited imagination! We will also have lots of fun playing drama games that center around our stories’ themes and have fun singing and dancing to some of our favorite show tunes. This class builds reading comprehension skills as well as fosters creativity, self-expression and teamwork. An informal performance will culminate this ensemble-building experience.

If you love musical theatre, this class is for you! “Be our guest” as we explore the foundations of theatre with fun drama games, acting, improvisation, music, and movement. In this unique class format, students will collaborate to create their very own play using their favorite songs from the hit movie ‘Descendants” as a jumping off point. We’ll be “Rotten to the Core” as we improvise a script and students will decide if they want to showcase their own version of the Descendants' story or create their own Descendants-themed musical! Whichever they choose, it promises to be a wickedly good time!
